I came in feeling welcomed and came out feeling at peace. Allison provided me with the resources and skills I needed to continue my mindfulness practice at my own pace throughout the week, and come back to our weekly group practice feeling ready. I find myself thinking about my body, my breath, and how I am showing up to the present moment a lot more often now, and I’m grateful.
I love the group sessions because I learn so much from you and others about the practice. I have found the techniques used in the sessions and the follow up resources have benefitted me greatly. I am finding a way to pause even in my daily interactions in addition to my scheduled time. My anxiety, worry, and feelings of being overwhelmed have decreased more than I could have ever expected.
It’s wonderful to take an hour out my my busy schedule for some structured self-care that also provides things to do during the week. I find that I am remaining calmer than I used to, despite the fact that I rarely practice during the week.
